Frequently Asked Questions

Important Information

What should the students wear?

Students should wear comfortable clothing that they are able to move freely in such as school PE kit, track suit bottoms or leggings or short and t-shirt. Its important to know that climbing walls are big spaces and can get very cold even in the summer but in the winter months hats and lots of layers may also help. Climbing shoes may be provided but trainers are good.

What should my students bring?

Students should bring a water bottle with water (this will be able to be refilled throughout the day) some food and snacks for the whole day. Food and drink can be purched at the wall (with school staff permission) so you may want to bring some money for extra. This is not always lunch type food and more for snacks and cake.

When will my students know their results?

Students can be told on the day but this is normally emailed out after all climbing instructors have collaborated to ensure that all grade on consistent across the group / school.

What happens to any digital footprint of the students?

Iventure take this very sersioly it will either be edited into videos for moderation and the video with the raw footage is given to school and all diatable footprint and records are deleted once school have confirmed they have it all. Iventure will not hold footage of students once school has been given it. It will therefore be the schools responsibility to keep hold of that footage for moderation.
